A quote does not create a binding contract until we accept your request and confirm the scope of work.
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Mega Sound. Please arrive on time and provide the vehicle, keys, and any information needed to complete the work. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show terms will be provided when you book your appointment.
Before dropping off your vehicle, remove valuables and personal items. Please tell us about any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket equipment, or special instructions. You authorize Mega Sound to operate and test your vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services. Vehicles should be picked up by the agreed time. Vehicles left after the agreed pickup time may be subject to storage terms disclosed by Mega Sound.
We perform installation and related services using reasonable care and professional workmanship. Some installations require modifications to your vehicle, including trim removal, wiring, mounting, or other changes. By authorizing the work, you consent to these modifications. Results may vary depending on the vehicle, existing equipment, and the products selected. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that are unrelated to our work. If you believe our work caused damage, please notify us promptly so we can inspect the vehicle and address the issue.
Products we sell may be covered by warranties offered by the product manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions are governed by the manufacturer’s terms. Any installation warranty offered by Mega Sound will be stated on your invoice or provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase or service. Special-order, custom, and installed products may not be returnable. If you have a concern about a product or service, please contact us before returning anything so we can review the matter. Defective products may be handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods disclosed at our location or on your invoice. Any deposit requirements will be explained before work begins. Financing, if available, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms. Mega Sound is not responsible for a lender’s decisions or terms.
The Mega Sound name, logo, website content, images, text, and other materials are owned by Mega Sound or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
